A motorized trailer vent such as the Fan-Tastic Vent model # FV802250 has a replacement fan blade/motor assembly # FVK8017-00 available but this has a manually-operated lid with a hand knob to open and close it.
Since yours is not working it is probably going to be easier and less of a project to replace the entire assembly. Roof vents like this are all standardized in size so it will be easy enough to choose a new one and mount it in the existing trailer roof opening which is typically 14-1/4 x 14-1/4.
An excellent option is the MaxxAir # MA00-07500K which is a 10-speed 12V fan like yours but this one includes a powered lid lift feature, thermostat to control fan speed and a remote control to make it easier to adjust cooling. This fan also offers reversible direction so you can vent air in or out and it includes a rain shield.
We also have an installation kit from Camco # CAM25013 which works on rubber roofs and one for metal roofs, part # 344270KITW.
