What is the Maximum Tire Pressure for ST225/75R15 Tires on a Jayco Trailer

my trailer is a 33ft jayco has what I believe has the manufactures tires they are St 225/75 R 15 the tire pressure is at 50-51 pounds what is the recommended pressure for my tires. ?

To determine the correct air pressure for the tires on your Jayco trailer take a look at the sidewall. The tires should have the maximum psi listed. Trailer tires should always be inflated to the maximum psi indicated on the tire. This is because they are built with a thick sidewall to handle vertical load. If under inflated the thick sidewall can generate excessive heat. There isn't a formula for trailer tires to determine the reduced load capacity based on less air pressure.

Generally speaking an ST225/75R15 will have a psi rating of 50 psi if it is a load range C, 65 psi if it is a load range D, or 90 psi if it is a load range E. The load range should also be indicated on the sidewall.
