Why Would Brake Controller Output Circuit 7-Way Blink Voltage When Connected to Circuit Tester
Question:
I dont have any power to the blue wire at the seven pin connector.. if i use a test light it just blinks with brake pedal pushed in no constant power

Normally when the brake output circuit of a 7-way blinks power when a circuit tester is on it that indicates that the brake controller is testing the circuit for the load of a brake magnet to see if a trailer is connected.
Since I don't know what brake controller you have most likely what's going on is that the red wire of the controller is not attached to a circuit that sees 12 volts when the brakes are applied. Test the red wire of the brake controller with your circuit tester like part # 3808 to see if the circuit becomes active when the brakes are applied.
