For your Prolite S camping trailer, I recommend the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 4K GTW, 400 TW # 66557. This system is rated for a total tongue weight between 250 lbs and 400 lbs. That total tongue weight rating consists of the loaded and ready to go tongue weight of the trailer as well as any cargo behind the rear axle of your towing vehicle.
With such a light trailer, this system will keep constant pressure on the brackets with automotive grade friction material and bars to keep sway under control. I've attached a couple videos to help with some of the features and functions, but this is a very user friendly system that does a great job of keeping the trailer under control in even poor driving conditions like rain or snow.
I recommend the 2 inch hitch ball # 63845 for this system. Let me know if you have further questions.
