Is the Full Size Spare Replaced Under the 2006 Pontiac Montana SV6 After # 13336 Hitch Installation
Question:
Hi, Does this hitch clear a full-size spare tire for a 2006 Pontiac Montana SV6?

Expert Reply:
Yes, the full size spare will need to be lowered to provide access to the hitch attachment points, but will fit back into its original location after installation of the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 13336.
You will need to Lower the spare tire from its storage location. It will be put back in place after hitch is installed. I have included a link to the instructions for this hitch for you to review. We also have a installation video showing the installation of this hitch for you to review, see link.
