Are bolts and nuts that come with Trailer hitch Draw Tight 3 metrick or US

I'm assuming you're speaking of the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75758. The 3 grade 5 carriage bolts used are 7/16 in diameter.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need to the following items to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness, part # 118566
Ball mount # D-4
Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3
1-7/8 inch trailer ball # 19260 or 2 inch ball # 63845
