Will The Draw-Tite Class III Hitch, # 75673, Fit A 2011 Subaru Outback
Question:
I was curious if the Draw-Tite also fits the 2011 Subaru Outback model. The only 2 2011 hitch shown is the Curt model. Is the frame any different between model years?

The Draw-Tite Class III Hitch, # 75673, will fit a 2011 Subaru Outback Wagon, it will not fit the Sport model.
The Curt Class III Hitch, # 13390, and the Curt Class II Hitch, # 12290, are also available for the 2011 Subaru Outback. These hitches will not work on the Sport model. See instructions to the right.
The Curt Class III Hitch, # 13390, is a Class III hitch rated at 3,500 lbs. gross trailer weight and 350 lbs. tongue weight capacity. It is a 2 inch receiver. See instructions and video to the right.
If you will be towing, you will need the Curt Ball Mount, # C45010, and the Pin and Clip, # PC3. You will also need a hitch ball. Depending on the coupler size on the trailer you will be towing you will need either a Tow Ready 1-7/8 inch Hitch Ball, # 19260, or a Tow Ready 2 inch Hitch Ball, # 19247.
The Curt Class II Hitch, # 12290, is a Class II hitch rated at 3,500 lbs. gross trailer weight and 350 lbs. tongue weight capacity. It is a 1-1/4 inch receiver.
This hitch comes with a ball mount and pin and clip. You will just need a hitch ball for towing, either the Curt 2 Inch Hitch Ball, # A-82, or the Curt 1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball, # A-80.
Both of the Curt hitches have the same towing capacity and tongue weight capacity, but since the Curt Class III Hitch, # 13390, is a 2 inch receiver I would recommend this hitch.
The 2 inch receiver is the most common size receiver. It will give you a wider selection of hitch accessories (bike racks, cargo carriers) to choose from as compared to the 1-1/4 inch receiver.
