I do have an option for you but in order to carry both a bike rack and spare tire you are going to need to go with an option that has both or else you would not have space. The Inno Shaper 80 Roof Cargo Basket is wide enough to fit your spare tire but would not then leave enough space (only 3-1/2") for a bike rack and the same goes for the MaxxTow Roof Mounted Cargo Basket. I did some checking and your 2014 Kia Soul with a manual transmission can be flat towed. Your Roadmaster tow bar can be used but you will need a new base plate kit as they are all custom fit for specific vehicles. For a base plate kit you'd need the # RM-522114-4. Aside from that most of the flat towing components from your old vehicle can swap to the Soul but it really depends on what you have. The owner's manual for your 2019 Kia Sportage was not exactly cut and dry when listing the flat and dolly tow procedures but if I read it correctly, the FWD models can only be dolly towed with the front two wheels off of the ground which would make sense when compared to other years.

The controller would need to be hardwired to your C5500 motorhome as it would not have a harness under the dash using our Brake Controller Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
