I recommend using the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061, which will do a great job of eliminating hitch rattle and help stabilize your accessory during travel. In order to install a 7-way at the rear of your 2008 Audi A6 you will first need a 4-way connector if you do not have one. For that I would recommend you get a Wiring Harness # C59496.
