It wouldn't hurt to do a manual adjustment of the # K23-478-479 that you just installed, but normally the initial break in process you did gets it tight enough. Another way to speed up the process is to travel at a slower speed like you were doing and repeatedly slide the manual override lever. With every application it should adjust one click tighter.

If the trailer brakes are locking up when pressing on the brake pedal in your tow vehicle and not releasing until bumping the pedal again, then it's very possible you have a bad brake light switch on the vehicle that needs to be replaced. It sounds like the switch is sticking when pressing on the pedal.
You might check to see if the brake lights on your tow vehicle also stay on until bumping the pedal again, which would be a clear indication of this.

I'll start this off by saying that I don't think the issue has anything to do with the breakaway switch or junction box, It sounds to me like the rain is causing a short on your wiring and this is what is causing your brakes to go out; since you just had new leaf springs put on the 5th wheel trailer it's possible that something was damaged during the repair process.

There unfortunately isn't an easy way to get a stuck DVD out of the JDVD1500 so you'd have to remove it from the wall and take it apart to get access to the disc. The tv should still work regardless of the stereo so you may have a power issue going on. I recommend checking how much power the stereo and tv are actually receiving with a multimeter # PT89ZR.

It sounds like you have adjusted the brake output on your controller but may need to perform some other maintenance for your brakes to work properly. If you have a Prodigy brake controller, you most likely have the original or the P2 # 90885. This can be caused by a couple different things. The Controller # C51180 have a loose connection in the vehicle's 7 Way plug. They can start to back out from said plug causing intermittent connection. If the controller can be pushed in and then pulled out a little after the 7 Way door comes down to hold the controller in place, a shim may be needed to keep the controller fully seated.

While it is normal for trailer brakes to get hot from braking if yours are getting excessively hot and only on 3 of the 4 assemblies they are likely too tight and creating friction while driving. You can adjust the Brakes # 23-26-27 that you have on your 2017 Keystone Bullet by using a Brake Adjustment Spoon # W80630 to turn the Adjuster # BP10-060. If you have not already done so you can adjust the brake pad pressure star wheel to increase the pad pressure on the hub surface. This will increase your braking force. Since it sounds like all the brakes are behaving in the same way (and have the same modest wear) this is most likely the issue.

The first thing you will need to do is obtain a multimeter. Once you have this then you will need to use the ground probe (black handle) and place that on the green wire coming from the back of the harness and then use the power probe (red handle) and place that on the black wire coming from the back of the harness. Sounds like an issue on the tow vehicle since the light activates like it should with the brake lights. That means the trailer wiring is correct but the signal is just not present on the tow vehicle like it needs to be. It almost has to be a fuse on the vehicle too since the corresponding brake light circuit is also activating like it should so that would be what I would check first.

I checked with Lippert, and the error like the LF error you are getting on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 - 4-Point Set # LC358590 is typically caused by a wiring interruption. So according to them, you'll want to check the harness connections at your controller as well as the jack to see if they are fully seated and for any damage, and also check the fuses at the controller.

It is true that either wire on electric brakes, like part # 23-464-465, can be used for the power or ground.
If you didn't change anything aside from the brakes and everything worked properly before then the only thing that comes to mind is that you have some damaged wiring somewhere on the brake circuit. If some wiring is bent then it could be disconnecting and then reconnecting at random times which is why your braking isn't consistent.

The quick connect is designed to have propane come out and is fed from the main propane tanks on your 2014 Keystone Sprinter. Check for a small lever on the side of the connection that needs to be flipped down so it is in-line to allow the propane to flow.
