The suspension enhancement I recommend for your 2021 Isuzu N-Series truck is the SumoSprings Helper Springs which are available as part # SS58DR for the front axle and part # SS38DR for the rear axle.

I measured the square Surco Safari bars and they are 1-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/8 inches tall so the Yakima MegaWarrior basket with extension # Y07080-82 will fit those bars. This basket fits a bar spread of 36 to 60 inches.

You'll be able to tell the difference because the OBD II has 16 pin holes where the OBD has 12. As this is the cold side, there should be absolutely no power running through the wire until the brake pedal is depressed. For your 2002 Isuzu NPR HD you're going to need to install a universal trailer hitch like the weld-on Draw-Tite # 41990-07 or perhaps the Buyer's Products # 3371801051 which is also a weld-on application but it has a 62" crossbeam as opposed to the 44" crossbeam for the Draw-Tite.
