In order to install a standard brake controller on a 2019 Ford Ranger such as the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR which is a great option, you must cut and splice as there is not a port to plug into. That said, I do have an option that won't require any splicing into the vehicle and that is the Autowbrake Electric Brake Controller part # 3430001 which installs completely on the trailer. Therefore, not only will you not have to cut or splice into the vehicle's... view full answer...
For me, between the Access Cover, # A22010109 and the Truxedo, # TX250101, I would go with the Access cover because it is as low profile design. It sits only 1/2 inch above the bed rails. The Truxedo cover is 1-1/2 inches above the rails. Given that the prices are about the same, what would sell me on the Access cover is that low profile design.
In terms of keeping out water, the Access cover comes with a weather seal that runs along the truck bed sides and you can add a tailgate gasket,... view full answer...
None of the 2011 Ford Ranger models came equipped with a factory brake controller port located under the dash. To install a brake controller on your 2011 Ford Ranger Canadian Spec, you would need to use the Brake Controller 7 and 4 way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
I have linked a video installation of a brake controller being installed on a 2006 Ford Ranger, which also uses the Brake Controller 7 and 4 way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7. Also linked are FAQ articles on brake controllers... view full answer...
You'll need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter.
For base plates, use # 435-3 which fits all but Splash models. For a tow bar, use the Roadmater Falcon 2, part # RM-520. The Falcon 2 is self aligning, which means the Ranger won't need to be perfectly lined up behind the tow vehicle in order to hook up. For safety cables, the # RM-643 work well. To operate the taillights while the vehicles's being flat towed,... view full answer...
I recommend using the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 for your 2019 Ford Ranger. We haven't test fit these yet (April 2019) on a 2019 Ranger but these will fit most mirrors that are 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall. Since this is a wide variety and we have test fit these to work on other Ford pickups you shouldn't have any issues with your Ranger.
As of right now there are no custom fit options for your 2019 Ranger. I have attached a review video of the K-Source mirrors that you can... view full answer...
If you are just looking for side steps (and not running boards) for your 2011 Ford Ranger 2-Door XL SuperCab I recommend taking a look at either the Carr LD # CARR114992 for a rugged square-edged design or # CARR124992 for a sleeker hoop-style appearance.
Both options are confirmed to fit your truck and feature a silver corrosion-resistant aluminum construction. We do not have any actual chrome plated models available for your Ford Ranger so this will be your best option.

The Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller # C51180 is more than just a good option for your 2019 Ford Ranger with the factory 7-way, it is the best option. The reason for that is it doesn't require you to do anything but download an app and then plug it in - that's literally all there is to it - and you have a brake controller that will give you responsive, smooth braking.
The best thing about the Echo is how easy it is to install and use but people also love the fact that it takes up no room... view full answer...
Go with the size socket that fits the bolts best regardless of what the instructions say. That said, at one point the instructions for this hitch had the wrong size listed, but the correct size is now listed of 21 mm. view full answer...
The best solution for towing a trailer with a 1994 Ford Ranger affordably will be with the Draw Tite hitch part # 75082 which is a custom fit hitch that is priced great, using the part # D-4 that you referenced as a ball mount, the Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3, with either the # 63845 for a 2 inch ball or # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball, and then for trailer wiring the very affordable Tekonsha kit part # 118325 and you'd be set. This is a very basic and simple setup that will work great and... view full answer...

I spoke with my contact at Bestop regarding the EZ Fold Folding Tonneau Cover, # B1603001, and she stated that it will fit your 2011 Ford Ranger with spray in bedliner as long as the bedliner does not cover the top of the bed rails. I have included a link to the installation details below. view full answer...
That's a tough one! You have already done everything I would recommend on the trailers side. It is definitely a ground issue and the only thing you have left is the plug end on your truck or the ground wire from the plug to the trucks frame.
Check the ground connection to the frame of your 2005 Ford Ranger first then if that doesn't get it done put a new 4-way flat on the Ranger like the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector Socket part # HM48030.
The ground wire on the trailer... view full answer...
As long as you are staying under the vehicle's rated towing capacity you are totally safe. The vehicle manufacturers rate their capacities if anything very conservatively as they don't want to put their customer and other motorists in danger and they also don't want to have to warranty work. Using a weight distribution system like you mentioned would be smart and would be the way to go.
Based on what you mentioned the Curt TruTrack part number to use would be the part # C17500 which has... view full answer...

When choosing an electric fan for your vehicle you will want to make sure to get a fan that will give you the correct Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) for the size of your engine. The CFM is how much air is being moved through your radiator in one minute.
The typical CFM requirement for a 6 cylinder engine is 1,600 to 2,000. If your 1995 Ford Ranger is used for towing you will want additional airflow. It is always recommended to go with the highest rated fan. I am including a link to a FAQ... view full answer...
The CURT Front Mount Receiver, # C31063, mounts to the bottom of the frame rails on your 2002 Ford Ranger. What I did was I went out to the warehouse and measured the distance from the top of the brackets that mount to the frame down to the bottom of the receiver. It measured 7-3/4 inches. If you measure from the bottom of the front frame rails down 7-3/4 inches, that is where the bottom of the receiver will be. Since your 2003 Ford Ranger has a 4-way you are going to need a 4 Pole to 7 Pole Adapter part # 37185. This will give you 7-way at the rear of your vehicle. You will only need to make two additional connections for this to work for what you are doing.
You will need to run the black wire to the positive side of your vehicle battery through a 40 amp fuse like the part # 9510. I would recommend you use 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) to make this connection. This will... view full answer...
