We do have a universal fit towing mirror from K-Source. It's part # KS3891. I've seen some feedback that these have worked for the 2018 Cadillac Escalade and they fit perfectly.
They're designed to work with factory side mirrors that are between 4-1/2"-11-1/2" tall and have a lip alongside the mirror face.

The brake controller I recommend for your 2018 Cadillac Escalade is the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR because this brake controller senses the amount of braking you are applying on your vehicle and applies a proportional amount on the trailer brakes. I would recommend air bags like the Firestone kit part # F4186 that fits your 2008 Cadillac Escalade with autoride suspensions over Timbrens as the Timbren kits have a reputation of being kind of harsh when unloaded which is not something anyone would want from an Escalade. I spoke with my contact at Hopkins regarding your newly installed Impulse model 47235 brake controller and he said that on this particular unit there won't be any lights when stepping on the brake controller if you're not hooked up to a trailer. He did mention, like you did, that on previous generation controllers there would be a light or number displayed when applying the brakes whether connected to a trailer nor not but that is not the case with the Impulse.

With axle 8-258, your bearings are either # L44643 or # L44649. # L44643 bearings have an inner diameter of 1 inch, while bearings # L44649 have an inner diameter of 1.063 inches. We do have the Equal-i-zer 1,200 lb tongue weight spring bars with the part # EQ90-01-1299 which it sounds like you are in need of. The most sound advice I can give you would be to use the SuperChips programmer part # SU2060 on your 2006 Cadillac Escalade only when you are in Arizona so that you don't get yourself into any trouble. This does install and uninstall pretty easily so it wouldn't be too difficult to work pull off either.

From the picture you provided, I can say that you are almost there. The Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3016. I included a picture for you to check out, but it's actually the port directly above the white one with the blue housing on the left hand side. We currently have five bumper mounted 2" trailer hitch receivers that will work with the 4" x 4" bumper on your trailer. I have attached these options for you but I recommend using the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100. This trailer hitch uses steel plates to surround the bumper as opposed to the u-bolts in the other options. The steel plates will provide more support and also look much better than the u-bolt options.

Thanks so much for the purchase from us of the Curt Discovery Trailer Brake Controller # C84VV for your 2014 Cadillac Escalade, and I'm sorry to hear of this issue you are having. This controller, which you'd use with Wiring Adapter for Curt Trailer Brake Controllers # C51515 assuming the Escalade had a factory 7-way already, should not have anything to do with the vehicle starting or not, which means there was a mistake somewhere along the way with the wiring process.
