The 2020 Honda Civic Si is a tricky vehicle to carry bikes on because the design keeps trunk mount racks from fitting and there aren't any trailer hitch receivers that fit either. You can go with a roof rack but that stays on the car and will likely get in the way if you have a sunroof. Instead I recommend going with a SeaSucker bike carrier.

I did some checking and according to Honda the only way you'll be able to transport a 2016 Honda Civic behind a motorhome would be with a Tow Dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 as you cannot flat tow it with all 4 wheels on the ground. The Curt tow bar part # C19745 that you referenced is designed to attach to a flat metal bumper directly. Since a 2016 Honda Civic won't have that you'd need to go a different route to flat tow the vehicle. Also, you should note that Honda states that your vehicle can only be flat towed on a tow dolly and not with all four wheels on the ground. I checked the owners manual of your 2020 Honda Civic SI and Honda states that you cannot tow the vehicle with all 4 wheels on the ground, but you could use a tow dolly like the Roadmaster part # RM-2000-1 instead. I like tow dolly solutions over flat towing for a few reasons. The price ends up being about the same but the advantage is that the install is much less involved and the dolly is much easier transferred to other vehicles.
