We have one hitch that is designed to fit a 2014 Honda Civic SI Sedan.
It is the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C11391. This is a Class l hitch and has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. This has been verified as a fit for your Civic. A note form Curt states that all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps like part # 18050. For that heavy of a bike you have to go with a hitch bike rack rated for the higher weight.
I really like the Saris Superclamp EX part # SA4025F. This is a lightweight platform rack (which is normally an unheard of combo). That means it'll be easy to install and remove from your vehicle since it's light, but also it'll be very easy to load bikes on since it's a platform rack.

I spoke with my contact at Thule and she informed me that 47 inch cross bars would be too short on a roof rack on your 2008 Honda Civic. With the Evo Clamp Roof-Rack # TH710501 that you would want to use Thule Aero Load Bars # TH711420. These are 53 inch load bars and would be the size you would want to use.
To complete the roof rack for your 2008 Honda Civic you would also need a Thule Fit Kit # TH145190.

The Curt hitch, part # 11204 will have the least amount of material visible underneath the car. They Curt design puts the cross tube further back which means only the receiver tube will be easily visible. The do this by using the tow loop on the vehicle as another anchor point. You would have to tuck it in a little but etrailer cargo bag # e98990 would be the best option for Curt cargo carrier # C18145. The inside dimensions of the carrier are 46-3/8 inches long and 17-9/16 inches front to back.
