To install the Diversi-Tech Replacement Locking Cylinders, # DTLBM02RK, on a locking Diversi-Tech ball mount, the opening to get to the set screw is located under the warning label that is on the top of the hitch.
I called the supplier (Diversi-Tech) and they recommended when installing the replacement locks to first put some air tool oil in the hole where the set screw is located and let set for awhile.
