I'm assuming you're speaking of the # 37185 4-pole to 7-way adapter. You won't need to attach that blue wire from the adapter to anything, just bundle it up out of the way. The Black wire needs to run to the vehicle battery, using some # 10-1-1 wire through a 40A circuit breaker like # 9510 and the white wire needs to be grounded to the vehicle frame or chassis and the 4-pole connector on the adapter needs to be plugged into the 4-pole adapter on the vehicle to access the taillight circuits. view full answer...

Good question. The Lippert Jack-It, part # LC429756, certainly could cause a ground issue if the A-frame jack grounds through the mounting hardware. The rack is steel so all you need to do to solve the issue is sand away some of the powder coat finish where the mounting bolts go through the jack and the bike rack to the trailer's frame.
