Can I Use Tire Chains on the Clear Highway
Question:
Do we have to take off the tire chains before entering the highway? because it has no snow when we enter the highway and also if we did go on the highway with the tire chains but there was no snow will it effect the chain and the tire?

You should not use any tire chains, including the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, part # TC2323, on a clear road. It could destroy the road, the chains, and your tires. If one of the chains were to break, it could potentially destroy your brake line as well.
There are too many things that would go wrong if you were to drive on a clear road with the chains still on, not to mention the max speed rating is only 30 mph, and the authorities would not be too happy since the chains will also damage the road.
