When installing a trailer hitch on a 2018 Honda CR-V like the Draw Tite part # 76128 that you referenced Honda states that the hands free liftgate will be blocked and they do offer a relocation harness for this as the Power Liftgate Sensor Relocation Bracket as part # 08U59-TLA-100A which you'd have to get through them. That said, we've also had a few customer come back and say they were still able to operate the hands free liftgate without the harness. They just had to be very specific... view full answer...
Installing a brake controller on your 2009 Honda Odyssey will be different than a brake controller being installed on a 2011 Honda Pilot. As you have discovered there are no connectors under the dash for you to plug in an adapter for a brake controller. Your brake controller will need to be spliced into the appropriate functions on your Odyssey.
If all of the wiring has been run for a 7-Way at the rear of your Odyssey then that makes your install much easier. For a brake controller like... view full answer...

We do not have any photos or visuals on how the Replacement Aeroblade Shim for Thule Hullavator Kayak Carrier, part # TH56JV, attaches, but I can explain it for you.
The curved portion is meant to attach upward into the bottom of your older Hullavator where the mounting portion of the older adapter would.
The two straight edges underneath the adapter are then meant to mount into the T-slot of your aero bars. The M6 bolt will go through the hole with a washer between its head and the top... view full answer...
I can definitely give you some pointers on how to trim the fascia for installing the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98848 on your 2018 Honda CR-V. If you check out the attached photos you can see that the lower rear fascia needs a 3"x3" square cut out 5/8" from that center hole location.
I recommend using a permanent or chalk marker to mark where you need to cut out and then use snips like the Tin Snip # PT79ZR for a clean and accurate cut. Once the cut is completed the trailer... view full answer...
People are not trimming the Rhino-Rack crossbars, nor is that a good idea as it would compromise their structural integrity (not to mention look pretty awful). If you don't like the length of the standard crossbars on your 2015 Honda CR-V, what you can do is get a Rhino-Rack roof rack that uses crossbars that are simply the width of your roof and won't extend past the vehicle whatsoever.
The correct one will depend on if your '15 CR-V has flush-mount rails that run front to back or a bare... view full answer...
Yes, you will be able to install the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118760, without pushing the harness through the grommet hole in the body of your 2017 Honda Pilot.
The Curt T-Connector, # C56291, would be the better option if you want to not use the grommet hole in you vehicle's body. The Curt harness is designed to store in the interior body compartment of the Pilot. No need to install this harness through the Pilot's body. view full answer...
The Tekonsha # 118673 Wiring Harness connects your tow vehicle wiring to a 4-pole standard trailer wiring connector. Your trailer likely has custom wiring to each of it's lights. To connect this product you would need to have the wiring schematic for the MICTUNING tail light bar, and then splice into your existing trailer wiring to make your connections. You will also need to find out the amperage draw and ensure that it is compatible with the Tekonsha lighting module. view full answer...
To route the Curt wiring connector # C56370 permanently to your trailer hitch you need to look for any grommets around where your spare tire is stored. I wasn't able to see any in the attached installation video on a 2018 Honda CR-V but if you remove the spare tire you may be able to locate one.
If you aren't able to find a grommet then you will need to cut through your vehicle body and install a grommet like part # A55GB. Whether you find a grommet or have to install one you simply need... view full answer...
I would be happy to help you. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7299 attaches to your Crosstour behind the rear bumper not below your car where the spare tire is. I have attached some pictures from the installation instructions that will show this. The only part of the hitch that hangs down where your spare tire is will be the 2"x2" receiver tube. view full answer...

Per the installation instructions for the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F4138, the overload bumper inside the coil spring will need to be unbolted and removed. You will also need to drill a hole in the lower control arm when installing this system. I have attached the installation instructions for this system you can check out.
Installing a system like the Firestone Air Springs will not increase the vehicle weight carrying capacity. view full answer...
That's a good question, and the Rhino-Rack roof rack should be removed from your 2016 Honda Accord sedan before going through an automatic car wash, as should, like you said, the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier # S512.
All roof racks (and accessories) should be removed before going through an automatic car wash in order to ensure they don't get damaged by the high pressure spray. If you are washing your Accord by hand though, you can leave it on.
The parts that make up the rack for your... view full answer...
I absolutely understand since I seem to have the worst luck with those bike rack knobs sometimes. You have to get the arms into the right position, but finding that sweet spot may be tricky.
One time I realized that I was spinning the screw on the other side and wasn't actually loosening the knob. If you check on the inside of the arms, you might see the other end of the knob. Hold that in place while loosening the knob.
Another trick I learned was to shift the arms around while rotating... view full answer...
The Curt hitch part # C11496 is a fit for your 2016 Honda Accord Sedan Touring and would be a great option. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well. Then for trailer wiring you'd want the # C56299.
Then for a ball mount you'd want the part # 3593 and hitch balls # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball. view full answer...
The 7-Way trailer connector in wiring harness # 118265 will not fit the OEM hole at the bumper. In order to mount the 7-Way you will need mounting bracket # 18138 and either the short bracket, # 18140, or long bracket # C57202, either of which will attach to the hitch. view full answer...
On a 2008 Honda CR-V, you could mount the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, # 118427, on the outside of the vehicle instead of on the inside like shown in the video linked below. What you will need to do is find a grommet or exit port at the bottom of the cargo bay (you will probably have to remove the spare tire).
You will need to cut a small slit in the grommet to fit the wires through. After cutting the grommet, be sure to seal it up with some silicone sealant... view full answer...
I have attached an image of the correct wiring installation details on the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 for a 2017 Honda CR-V. This will be installed to provide a 4-way flat trailer connector at the back of the CR-V to power the trailer's signal lights.
Since the installation of this harness just involves a connector being plugged in, a wiring diagram is not available or required for proper installation. view full answer...

The BAK X2 Revolver # BAK39602 for your 2017 Honda Ridgeline is attached to its rails at the front of the bed via 2 bolts on each side. Removing those will allow the cover to come off.
