How to Trim Rear Fascia for Installing etrailer.com Trailer Hitch on a 2018 Honda CR-V

I want to install the eatrailer.com hitch 98848 on my 2018 CR-V but I am a little nervous about having to cut the fascia. Do you have any instructions on how to do this?

I can definitely give you some pointers on how to trim the fascia for installing the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98848 on your 2018 Honda CR-V. If you check out the attached photos you can see that the lower rear fascia needs a 3"x3" square cut out 5/8" from that center hole location.
I recommend using a permanent or chalk marker to mark where you need to cut out and then use snips like the Tin Snip # PT79ZR for a clean and accurate cut. Once the cut is completed the trailer hitch has a great look since only the receiver is showing.
