To route the 4-way flat connector from the # 118300 Harness inside the car, so that it plugs into the 4-way flat connector beneath the car you will need to find a hole in the floor of the rear cargo area of your 2005 Chrysler Town and Country and route the 4-way out through the bottom. You may have to drill a hole if there is no access there, but there should be a rubber plug or grommet that would allow you to route the 4-way through the floor of the trunk.

We don't publish the torque ratings for the fasteners, because the hitch manufacturers can change them. If you look at the bottom of page 2 of the instructions (see provided link), you'll see the torque rating for both the 1/2 inch and the M12 fasteners. Installing a brake controller in your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica is going to depend on if you have the factory 7-way or no factory trailer wiring at all. I took a look at the installation instructions of the Draw-Tite # 24919 hitch (which are also linked for you) and found the only difference when installing it in the single or dual exhaust models of a 2016 Chrysler 200 are that the single exhaust models require trimming of the underbody panel.

I spoke to my contact at CURT who said some minor trimming of the fascia is required for the hitch installation on your 2012 Town and Country, otherwise the receiver will impinge on the bumper cover.
The area that needs to be trimmed is 2-3/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall.

Powered trailer wiring harnesses like the Curt part # C56331 that you referenced have to have the battery wire run all the way to the positive post of the vehicle battery. The reason for this is so that the taillights of the trailer won't be putting any amperage draw on the delicate taillight wiring of the vehicle. All of the amperage would be drawn from the battery instead. The MagnaFlow exhaust system # MF15119 for your 2014 Chrysler 300S V6 does not restrict exhaust flow. If you used the same configuration with the stock exhaust parts on the vehicle then that would restrict it some. But the MagnaFlow mufflers have no baffles, chambers or louvers and the pipes maintain the same diameter in the bends allowing the exhaust to flow more freely through the system. view full answer...
I attached a couple pictures that I took from the install instructions for the trailer wiring harness part # 118712 that is confirmed as a fit for your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. In the instructions a trim panel remover tool like part # ALL648544 is recommended.
You will also need a Torx T27 socket wrench to remove the taillights.

The purpose of the stabilizer straps is to prevent the bouncing and jarring that bike racks usually experience when hitting bumps from damaging the hitch. The strap you would want is the Curt Bike Rack Strap, part # 18050.
The reason you want to use a stabilizer strap is that you might twist your the hitch up or damage the frame of your 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser.

The only way to be sure which wire is the reverse light circuit is to test the wires with a circuit tester like part # 3808. Pull the tail light of, and have someone in the cab with the foot brake and emergency brake on, find the two wires that are hot. One will be the brake light the other, the reverse light. The biggest thing to be aware of is that your alternator will more or less provide just a maintenance charge for your batteries. Based on an installation we did of Curt hitch # 13364 on a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country you will not have to trim the rear fascia to install the hitch.
