What To Do With Red Wire On Curt Circuit Protected Converter for 1992 Chrysler LeBaron
Question:
the website says this wiring harness will fit my 1992 Chrysler LeBaron 4-Door. however, after receiving it and looking at it and testing my wires on the car the brake lights and turn signals are on the same wire on my vehicle on both sides and this wiring harness has a wire for both turn signals and a separate wire for brakes. how would I go about installing this correctly? is this not the correct harness for my vehicle?

The Curt Circuit Protected Converter w/ SMT part # C56175 will work just fine on a vehicle with combined tail lights such as a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron. The red wire however which is for the stop light circuit would just simply not be attached.
