Chrome-plated socket has concealed terminals to provide easy assembly and durability.Items were simply “thrown in the box” WITH the hitch which was not secured properly. Heavy hitch then bounced around on electrical connectors, destroying them. Components should have been fastened to the hitch as the hardware kit was with strong tape instead of just thrown into the box by somebody! Refund issued.
Wiring harness and flat tow bracket to be able to tow our new Wrangler behind our motorhome. Product arrived on time and everyone was most pleasent to deal with. had the bracket installed by the dealre we bought the Wrangler from as part of that deal and then did the wiring ourselves. Pretty weasy thanks to the excellent video provided by etrailer and it took us rookies about 3 hours to complete. we are very happy with the service and product. Thanks to all. Regards,
Product arrived on time and as described. I used this for setting up our 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara for a flat tow. Mounting hole spacing @ 2" o/c didn't match our Blue Ox 1126 draw bar so I fabricated my own intermediate bracket, polished it to aircraft tooling standards, then lacquered it before final assembly. I think the finished product came out nice.

Just over one year and its still working out great! Ive fabricated several intermediate brackets much like my own for neighbors.
Everything was great. I'm going to use this for a remote winch control. I recommend this site to everyone. Thanks

What sort of controller are you attaching it to? I need to find a new controller and trying to find one that I can attach this to.
Installed this product since I was converting a car from dolly towing to flat towing and needed this connector to interface with existing harness installed on tow bars. Impressive quality!

Just what I ordered and expected. My former, local source discontinued carrying the outlet which I needed for my vehicles to connect to the lighting on my trailers. Was good to find a new, reasonably priced source so I did not have to change the wiring on all my older vehicles and trailers.
I was disappointed when I opened the package. The connections are to be used together. These connections can never be used as 1 unit on a trailer and Vehicle. The pin , and Holes on the female, and male plugs are different.
I am ‘five star satisfied’ with the products and service I have received from etrailer.
Parts are high quality, unlike merchandise I I’ve purchased elsewhere.
The customer service is high quality, again unlike others I’ve dealt with. Specifically, I have dealt with Danielle twice and she was fantastic. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. etrailer is lucky to have her on their team.
Product was good quality. Some of these receptacles from other suppliers are made of plastic. You don't find out until you get it home and open the package. I wasn't sure what I was going to get.....but was happy that it is metal and not plastic. I should have known that Etrailer would sell a quality product and not try to pass off junk like some of the others.
My advise: always buy trailer parts from Etrailer. Don't take chances with someone else.
Well made and sturdy construction. It would have helped if the mounting hole spacing was listed in the specs so I could have pre-drilled the panel on my trailer.
Works very well. Exterior is rusting th ough.
Order for wiring, round plug, and plug mounting bracket delivered very quickly and is exactly what I needed.

Using this 4 way connector as a 2 way to add 12 volt power to my tow vehicle from my RV.
Made of metal. Definitely hold up better than the plastic copies.

Very well
