All equipment was delivered on time. Hitch, wiring harness, receiver and ball. Watched video's on installation of harness and hitch. Went down to my garage and installed both with the help of my girlfriend. Very satisfied with the products and the installation. etrailer supplied the goods and the knowledge. I am very happy that I went this route.

by:

Received hitch receiver and accessories in perfect condition. Installation was very easy. (Especially if you have a lift). I fit this on my 2014 camry SE. Everything fit perfectly. The installation video helped a great deal with measurements. Shipping was fast. I searched around for the best price and etrailer.com had the lowest overall price. Big thanks.

I received the ATV drawbar today. It is a well constructed product that will last for many years. Thanks again for you superb service and products.

Great, no rust. Still looking like new.

by:

Perfect fit for my new Volkswagen ID.4 1st Edition

by:

The hitch was just what I wanted. Upside down, it clears bumper and puts the trailer height at level position. Shipping was fast. Thanks.

by:

Worked good, used it for my ATV fit perfectly to flip over and raise trailers to proper height. Does exactly what I need it to.

by:

This is the first drawbar I ever bought. It is solid metal and has a rated capacity much greater than I intend to use it for. It's a Curt product but fits well in my DrawTite receiver.

by:

Works great for atv and big utv side by sides has just enough height if you turn it around it wont catch going up and down steep hills .. instead of a hith ball "d" ring comes in handy for pulling towing

by:

Delivered quicker than expected. All the dimensions were given on your website, this made it easy for me to chose the right drawbar for my SUV hitch.

by:

Product was as described. Etrailer answered my questions promptly giving me confidence that I was ordering the correct product.

by:

Order was processed quickly, delivery was very fast. Although corner of box was damaged, no parts were lost due to proper packing of smaller parts. cost was good. Product quality is very good.

by:

Everything was perfect for my wife's electric scooter. Awesome job team!!

by:

always quality products from etrailer

by:

I use it on my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid for small pulls.
It works exactly as you'd expect, which is a good thing.

No surprises == 5 stars!

a bit short, close to bumper.

Curt does offer some longer ballmounts that have an identical rise/ and capacity. The ballmount you purchased as a 6-1/4 inch length, measured from the hitch pin hole laterally to where the ball would attach. They offer one thats an inch longer, at 7-1/4 inches as part # C45521 or one thats 9-3/8 inches long as part # C45016. Either of these would provide more clearance to the vehicle bumper.

by:

Prompt service, competitive pricing, quality items. Thanks!

by:

Best price for the thing, seems solidly made, hasn't broken yet.

by:

SUPER deal.... Quality stuff. Thanks a ton....

by:

  • Recommended Hitch for 2012 Buick Regal Turbo That Provides Discrete Appearance on Car
For a 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch with a concealed cross tube for a more discrete appearance on your 2012 Buick Regal Turbo the best option is the Curt # C12115 that you referenced. The linked installation video show the process on a 2011 model year Buick. I also linked the written instructions and a helpful article with tips for an easier hitch installation. The hitch comes with all required installation hardware and also includes a pin and clip to secure a ball mount for towing or an accessory...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch For 2015 Chevrolet Malibu Turbo With Dual Exhaust
For your 2015 Chevrolet Malibu Turbo I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C12115. This hitch is a Class ll hitch and has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. I spoke with my contact at Curt and they told me that the dual exhaust should be no issue when installing this hitch, so you should be good to go. I have attached an installation video for this hitch on a 2014 Malibu you can check out. A note from Curt states that all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth -...

  • Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2012 Toyota Camry to Move a 370 Pound Scooter
I do have a solution for you but using just a hitch-mounted carrier will not work. In order to carry a scooter on a trailer hitch mounted carrier both the trailer hitch and the vehicle would have to have a tongue weight capacity greater than the combined weight of the scooter and the carrier. The trailer hitch with the highest tongue weight capacity that fits your 2012 Toyota Camry is # C12107. This hitch tops out at 350 pounds tongue weight so you would have to carry the scooter another...

  • Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2014 Chevy Malibu LS to Tow a 16 Foot Jon Boat
Curt trailer hitch # C12115 is rated for 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight so a 16 foot jon boat with 30 horse power motor won't be a problem for the hitch. But for the vehicle you will need to look in the owners manual for the towing capacity. It will likely be lower than the hitch rating. Whichever ends up being lower is the capacity you will need to go by. The correct ball mount for this hitch is # C45017. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch...

  • Trailer Hitch Receiver Recommendation for 2011 Buick Regal Towing 850 LB Jetski
I have included a link to all of the hitch options for your 2011 Buick Regal. I personally recommend the Curt, # C12115. This hitch is economical, offers bolt-on installation so no drilling or welding required, and with a capacity of 350 lbs for tongue weight and 3500 lbs for towing, would have sufficient capacity to tow the jetski. In addition to the hitch you may also still need the following: Ball Mount # C45017 Pin and Clip # F-4 Hitch Ball # 19258 for 2 inch or # 19256 for 1-7/8...

The hitch you're needing is the Curt Class II, part # C12207, which we do offer. If you were wanting to use the hitch for towing purposes (as opposed to using it as an attachment point for a bike rack or cargo tray) you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like part # 119178KIT, a ball mount like part # C45017 and a trailer ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.

The 2017 Kia Forte was the second to last model year of the 2nd generation Forte, while the 2020 is the second model year of the 3rd gen. There were enough changes in the structure of the vehicle from the 2nd to the 3rd gen that unfortunately your Curt # C11368 from your 2017 Forte will not work on your 2020 model. A draw bar, also known as a ball mount or stinger, is the device that fits into a trailer hitch receiver on one end and holds the hitch ball on the other end.
