This revolutionary design replaces your outdated tank heater and gives you the luxury of taking back-to-back showers, washing dishes, or running a load of laundry all at once. Unlike traditional tank heaters that require constant energy to keep your water hot, this tankless, propane-fueled water heater only uses energy when you turn on your faucet or shower, providing the ultimate efficiency at a campground or off-the-grid. The endless, on-demand hot water has no recovery time and is perfect if you're on the road full-time or traveling with a large group.

Water Line Freeze Protection

No more worrying about your water lines freezing and pipes bursting. The internal freeze protection allows your water heater to operate in cold weather. When the temperature of the water lines drops to approximately 35 degrees, the unit will automatically fire up and run until the temperature of the water lines reach 90 degrees. Once the lines are heated, the system will automatically shut down.

I Bought A Foggati Tankless And Had Nothing But Problems With It.I Ran It For A Month It Worked Great.I Shut The Water Off, Drained The System. I Came Back 3 Months Later Turned Water On And It Leaked Inside. I Emailed Foggati And I Couldn't Find A Receipt. They Refused To Give Me Credit! I Wound Up Buying A CompetitorsTo Replace It With! So Sadly I'm The One Who Is Out $550 For A Piece Of Junk.
I Wouldn't Recommend It To My Worst Enemy Thanks To Their Customer Service!

Very unfortunate to hear about your experience with the water heater. I know that with these heaters it can be tricky to fully drain the water from them to winterize the system. If any water is left it can freeze and cause the heater to leak. I have a good FAQ below that gives great tips how winterizing the RV.

by:

This tankless heater has been wonderful. We don't use it as often as many other RVrs would, it has fired up instantly every time we have wanted to use it (after opening water and gas lines and purging air). This was an imperfect replacement to a water tank that exploded in a 2007 Shyline Aljero 27'... for our camper it was 1/2" taller and 2" narrower than the factory tank heater, so modifications were made to accommodate and seal the tankless water heater.
This tankless water heater has been able to raise the temperature of 60°F water to well over 120°F and keep it there while showering or doing dishes. I am pleased with the product in the conditions we use it. Well worth the price, shipping was satisfactory as well (ordered in 2022, reviewing about 1 year in service).

Replaced my old 9 gallon water heater. Works well has been very reliable. No problems. But highly recommend.

by:

Great water heater but, if you plan on conserving water at all, this is not for you. Every time you turn off the hot water, you have to wait a few seconds after you turn it back on to get hot water again. One of the downfalls of on demand heaters. We took this unit out and replaced with a 10 gallon tanked heater. I will use the Fogatti for an outdoor shower in the future.

by:

Not the correct replacement for my unit even after speaking with a Customer Rep to find what is supposed to be the correct part number.

That is frustrating! I am glad to see that you are already in touch with out customer service team. Before buying you will always want to confirm dimensions, but nowadays, unless you have a twenty twenty one and newer RV, you will need to assume some modifications will be necessary because the newer campers are coming with smaller and smaller water heaters. The dimensions of this one are as follows. Overall dimensions: fourteen and three eights inches long x fifteen inches wide x fifteen inches tall Cut out dimensions: thirteen inches wide x thirteen tall x seventeen and three fourths inches deep Access door: fourteen and fifteen sixteenths inches tall x fourteen and fifteen sixteenths inches wide.

by:

As described. It is installed in a small cabin, replacing a failed heater. Nice display to tell you the status of the unit. Heated very quickly. So far I am a Satisfied customer.

by:

You are amazing i ordered it at 4:30 friday got it saturday

by:

This on demand water heater is the real deal. It works great and is much more quiet than the old fashioned kind. It has a low turbine kind of noise only when it is working. You can adjust the temperature also which is a big plus. The fact that etrailer included a step by step video of instalation instructions was extremely helpful. One tip, don't forget to turn the power switch to the on position on you main controller panel for the water heater power. Overall I am 100% satisfied with this product.

by:

For a first time do it yourself or on any of these water heaters in an RV I found out it was pretty easy to do. The new one slipped right in with a few adjustments of the waterlines and some shark bites that I put the water fittings together. works fantastic I love the constant hot water for my long hot showers. The opening matched to a T. Easy DC connections, as well as the remote. Didn’t have to cut any holes for wires to fit. It was so easy. I wish I knew about the black door before I ordered it. It’ll be fine, I’m happy. I love the name”FOGATTI”…

by:

Great swift service. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

by:

The ability to have an endless & constant supply of hot water is a must while camping. Our biggest test will come later this summer when we boondock with a 275G water tank for a week. I'm looking forward to enjoying this product for years to come.

by:

We do a lot of dry camping and am hopeing this gives us a bit of gas savings. Looking forward to using it soon.

  • Best Way to Determine Fit of Tankless Water Heater in 5th Wheel Trailer
Really the best way to determine the fit of a tankless water heater in your 5th wheel is by the size of the cut out you have. This is the most important thing in regards to a fit, but of course you will also need to have connections there for propane and 12 volt power, though those will already be there from your previous water heater, assuming you had a gas/12 volt heater. So what you will need to do is know the size of your cut out, and you can choose the right tankless heater that way....

  • How To Reset The Error Code On My Fogatti Tankless Water Heater.
The E7 code means there is a problem with the combustion process. To reset the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - White # LSB64FR check that all moisture is normal. Press the on/off switch or power off to restart. Within 15 minutes of turning it on push the on/off switch 5 times (the fan will start up 5 times). The water heater will lock and cannot start. After the icon disappears or it waits for 15 minutes it will reset. This should put it back to...

  • Troubleshooting the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, Low Water Pressure
Your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR requires a minimum water pressure to operate, ideal is 40-45 PSI but should still work below 20. If you have water pressure much below that, or it fluctuates dropping much below, this is probably your issue. I suggest you consider the Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator, # CAM40064 to keep the water pressure in the 40 PSI to 50 PSI range.

  • Fogatti Tankless Water Heater Troubleshooting
I spoke with Fogatti and the steps to troubleshoot your # LSB64FR issue are as follows: Any error codes? If so we can look through the manual to determine the solution. What is measured voltage at the water heater? If you're not receiving the required voltage it could allow the control panel to work but not have enough power to run the heater. You'll need 12VDC electrical power. Where is the unit grounded? If you're not properly grounded this could cause energy spikes that can damage...

  • Troubleshooting the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater with E1 Code
An E1 code on the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR, is indicating an ignition failure or accidental flame off during ignition. If you had this professionally installed, I suggest you return to the installer for troubleshooting and repair. The most common causes are: - Lack of gas in the tank. If there is not enough pressure then the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater struggles to operate. This will go for water pressure too. - Faulty Igniter or faulty Igniter connections...

  • Foggati Tankless Water Heater Recommendation to Replace Atwood G6A-7 Water Heater
The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR you referenced is more of their base design, and they have a variety of options available for different opening sizes. Since you have a 16"+ opening I recommend using either part # FR48SR which comes with a 16" x 18" door, or part # FR68SR which comes with an 18" x 18" door. These are the same heater that you were looking at, just with different door sizes.

  • Troubleshooting an Atwood Water Heater with Dual Switch that Caused a Fire in the WH Junction Box
To be honest, I don't think it is an issue with your switch. More than likely it is a wiring issue. But, it could depend on what your water heater model is. Some models have 2 separate heating elements (gas and electric) and the switch controls which heating element is used. Other models the electric switch is the ignition and the gas is the fuel for the water heater to heat up, kind of like you mentioned thinking it worked. More than likely this is a wiring issue. Sometimes wiring vibrates...

  • Replacement Options For An Atwood G6A-6E RV Water Heater
Most likely you will need to still have to do a bit of modification to connect your water and gas lines to any new water heater since manufacturers do not follow any standards for inlet/outlet placement. The best replacement option for your Atwood G6A-6E is going to be the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR. That being said, it has a 19-3/16" depth so it may take up more space than you can afford. If this is the case then the next best option is going to be the Fogatti RV Tankless...

  • Troubleshooting the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater
The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR must have proper pressure to function correctly. There must be a proper state of charge on the battery to function correctly. • Option to Replace Atwood G6A-7 Water Heater
To replace your Atwood G6A-7 water heater, the best option, by far, is a tankless heater. Tankless heaters are better than the older, manual pilot heaters like the Atwood models because they are much easier to use with their wall control, they conserve energy so well by only using it once you turn the water on, and - maybe most importantly - give you immediate hot water, which is always a fantastic thing. So I highly recommend a tankless heater from Fogatti, which comes in either white...

  • Furrion vs Fogatti Water Heater to Replace Atwood Water Heater
I recommend going with the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR over the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR because it has a higher heating capacity (up to 60,000 Btu as opposed to the Fogatti 41,800 Btu) and it comes with a 2 year warranty over the 1 year warranty on the Fogatti.
