Today, we're going to take a look at the Built Ford Tough stainless steel trailer hitch cover for two inch hitches. Now, this hitch cover will display the officially licensed Ford logo and the Built Tough slogan. This'll slide into your hitch receiver to help keep out dirt and prevent rust when your hitch is not being used. Does use the nice laser etched blue logo and the lettering on this textured matte black face plate. Makes it very easy to read. The hitch itself is a durable, rust-proof, stainless steel sleeve and base.
It does require a hitch pin and clip to hold this to your hitch which is not included. We do sell those separately. If you have one already, you can use that. Does use a five-eighths inch diameter pin.We also sell a hitch lock if you want to lock this to your hitch so nobody would take it. The hitch locks we also sell separately on our website.
The three holes you can see on the sleeve that are drilled, it allows it to fit your hitch pin hole location on your application. This part is made in the USA. Few specs on this. The application again is for two inch by two inch trailer hitch receivers, and the dimension on the faceplate itself, with risers four and a quarter inches by four and a quarter inches.
