Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Dutton Lainson two and a half inch diameter by 12 inch long boat trailer guide-on roller. Now this guide-on roller is designed to ease the loading and unloading of the boat to your trailer. Basically, this will mount along the side of your trailer to better guide your boat into place. Now the roller itself, you can see, is made of a solid high grade rubber, which is very strong and durable, and it will not do any damage to your boat.
Again, we mentioned the sizing on this. The diameter will be right at two and a half inches in diameter. The shaft size that this fits on, which is that small hole there in the middle, five eights of an inch, so it fits onto a five eight inch diameter shaft. And we mentioned the overall link on this, from one end to the other, as right at about 12 inches. But that should do it for the review on this Dutton Lainson two and a half inch diameter, 12 inch long boat trailer guide-on roller.

Dutton-Lainson guide-on roller for boat trailers.I bought these to be able to winch my inflatable pontoon boat into the bed of my pickup. When I was a younger buck I could muscle it in, but these old bones and muscle don't work as good as they used to. I drilled holes in the back sheet metal of the pickup and installed the roller guides. Attached the winch cable to a loading strap that is attached to the boat frame. It loaded the boat just like I had planned!

Great fit for my 1989 Seaswirl Tempo factory Vanson trailer guide-on rollers. Unfortunately, not scuff free as they're rubber. Will be buying 3 more for the floor rollers same trailer.
