Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement mounting bracket for Snap Ring Swivel Jacks. This is going to provide an attachment point for your eTrailer or Ram Snap Ring Swivel Jack. This is designed for use with the TJB series jacks, but it can be used for other jacks as well, as long as the specifications match with the specifications that you need. This is a weld on design. It's going to work with an 1/2" diameter pull pin. These holes, right here, these are all going to be separated on 3" centers. The mounting area, which is this tube right here, this is going to have an outer diameter of 2-1/2" and it also has the indention right there that you can see for the retaining ring. To go over the overall measurements real quick, it's going to give us a measurement in this direction from outer edge to outer edge of five inches and then going this direction, outer edge to outer edge, we're looking at a measurement of pretty close to 4-1/4". This piece right here is the weld arm piece.
Now this is a steel construction. It's a raw steel design, so there's not much prep work for actually welding it onto the frame of your trailer, but just that weld arm piece, that's going to give us a measurement of 4-5/8" long. Then if we take a measurement of the depth of that lip area, that's going to give us a measurement of about 3/4" deep. I purchased the weld on replacement mount with snap ring about a year ago as I was relocating the trailer jack on my car trailer. I was able to find the one I needed easily through Etrailer, and was able to compare the measurements from the one I already had to the one I was purchasing from the description provided from Etrailer. I received the part very quickly and it was exactly what I needed. It works great and the new location I placed the trailer jack is very handy. I still have the original mount in place just in case I would ever need to use it for any reason.
Hard to find this part locally, ordered them from etrailer for less money and still had them in just a couple days.
Used for the tongue Jack's on ice castle fish houses.
Sizing and all product specifications was as expected. Good product.
