I purchased a winch with separate handles that the website rep said would be attachable. When I received the shipment, only one handle attached to the winch. The other handle would not attach since the winch parts got in the way. I called etailer and they acted as though it was somehow my fault for ordering the wrong parts. There were no handles that would fit this 100lb winch. They gave me a hard time and said I could send the handle back at my own expense. They did not take care of me. It was a horrible customer service experience. My advice is to use another company. 462986

When I bought my Jeep it had a 9500lb winch with no controller. After searching for a while I found it on Etrailer for $xx.xx where other sights wanted $45-50. I ordered my controller on a Friday and got it on a Thursday. A lot quicker than I was expecting. Of course I plugged it in as quick as possible to check it and worked great. As good or better than original remote. Priced right. This is a sealed unit, very durable. I use my winch mounted to a box blade on my tractor to pull felled trees out of ravines on my property. Could use a holster mounted to tractor to help protect the remote.242375
