Today, we are going to review Part Number PS1400750340. This is the Pro Series 6 Inch Detachable Caster with the Pin for 2 inch diameter jacks. It has a 1200 lb. capacity. This caster assembly is designed to fit jacks with a two inch inner tub. This is a swiveling caster so when you have this installed, you can see that it will swivel. They do use a clear zinc finish on this caster base to help resist rust.
I will show you the pin. It pops right off. Again it is designed when you measure this, the outer is 2 1/4. The inner is 2 inches. The inner tube of your jack would slide in here and then you would run your pin through this, through the hole in your inner tube and then clip it into place to hold it into position. It is designed as a, the wheel diameter, it is called a 6 inch jack and the reason that is the diameter of this wheel you can see if I put a ruler on it, it is going to be right at 6 inches.
Again, the capacity is 1200 lbs. and it is stamped on the side here so you do want to make sure that when you do put this on a jack that might be rated at 3200 lbs. that when you put it on a wheel, it will limit you to the 1200 lb. capacity. Item was delivered fast.(four buisness days) it fit the 2000 lb jack perfectly. Now I can get the trail on and off the truck effortlessly.
Looks and fits as advertised. Bigger wheel diameter than expected but that’s not a problem. Proof of quality we be in the durability. Ask me again in 6-12 months

Here are some pictures of what I used your product for. The splitter just had a fixed position stand and it is fairly heavy so it was difficult to hook to the ranger because the stand had to be removed first. Now I can just let it down to the hitch and with the wheel I can also move it around the shop without lifting it. We also put an extra mount on the back so the wood falling from the splitter would not damage it. Thanks for the good service,

My popup camper trailer jack did not have a caster wheel so adding this product solved that. It works well.
Super easy to install and super easy to move the trailer around on garage floor. Enables me to tuck the trailer right up against the wall.
This trailer jack wheel is heavy duty and fits my 2000 lb utility trailer jack perfectly and allows me to move the trailer around even when loaded.
This helps to complete my wife's latest toy.. We have had many different campers and motor homes during the years. This is a great down size. The caster helps greatly whem parking the trailer .

This item does the job I intended. My enclosed motorcycle trailer came with a sand pad only. This sand pad is the right thing for most of what I need it for. However, the trailer jack wheel in this review did its job one time. This is not to say it failed after one time. I am saying I've only used it ONCE and it performed well.
It is considerably taller than the sand pad, so with the sand pad attached to the jack I had to jack up the front of the trailer with its jack as far as it would go, drive under the top of the drop hitch with the tongue of the trailer and slowly lower the trailer down on TOP of the 4" drop hitch (wheels chocked on the trailer, of course). Then, after raising the jack all the way back up, I very carefully removed the sand pad and replaced it with the caster. Once that was done, I screwed the jack back down until it rested on the caster. I was then able to position the trailer into it's tight parking spot front-end first at the hotel. FINALLY! We were all set for a week of riding the beautiful mountains of Colorado!

Great! Only had to use it once though.
This worked perfectly for my 1956 Mercury trailer without any modification.
This is a high quality product and I'm very pleased with the replacement fit. Works great.
This is a Great jack wheel to keep the trailer "UP" when the jack is holding the tongue up off the ground. No need for blocks etc. maybe put something flat under the wheel like an old frying pan, piece of steel etc. so it doesn't sink into mud. It also helps if you want to roll the trailer around on most surfaces as you don't have to lift the tongue of the trailer.

I wanted another wheel to put on my Ram Jack, but was told by etrailer it wouldn't fit. Suggested this one and it is a perfect fit. I still have not tried to roll the trailer w/the Seadoo on it. The original jack on the trailer is useless to roll the trailer. So I installed this one. I always call etailer and tell them my plans before purchasing. They are very informative! Thanks, Sherry:)

The Pro series 6" Detachable Caster is just what I needed. The tongue jack that came with my trailer only had the welded on foot pad which made it difficult to move around at home and at the campsite. I cut the foot off, drilled a hole for the caster pin and now have a much more functional trailer. The quality of the caster is excellent. eTrailer has the best service from start to finish.

Still rolling along! Zero issues over the past year.
The inside diameter of the receiver is large/slopp compared to my original, so the fit is more sloppy, which could cause some torque and metal fatigue on my trailer jack pipe. Also, this product is not keyed as was my original. My original was made in the US. This product was made in China. Finally, I ordered two - a replacement and a spare wheel - but only one of the wheels came with the pin. So, when I go to use the replacement wheel, I will have to use the old pin, which will be very rusty by then (I use my trailer for launching my boat in salt water).

We are having a replacement pin sent out to you so both wheels have a pin.
This 6" caster wheel enables me to move my 16 foot car hauler trailer on level asphalt or concrete manually. This makes hook up to my class A Motorhome much easier. I can now store the trailer in my driveway by hand. Courtney B. was very helpful during my order of several items.

This wheel makes moving my trailer by myself easy. Easy to install and remove.
The 6” caster wheel for my trailer jack was a great purchase. It has allowed me to move my trailer around the shop effortlessly. I would certainly add another one to any jack with a standard sand plate. It has held up really well!

Item was delivered exactly as described by other viewers. It was built much heavier than I expected and will work great on my utility trailer. This wheel allows me to roll my trailer around in my garage or paved parking lots much easier and with less strain on my back.

Still works like a charm!
Easy to install and good quality product. The length of the tire is big enough to roll it over a grass. It make it easy for my 5x8ft Big Tex trailer.
The video that describe the product before I place an order was VERY informative.

Wheel will not rotate under load when trying to push trailer tongue around.

You mentioned that it is not rotating while under load. I wanted to ask you a few questions. What type of surface are you using the wheel on. Generally, these are going to work out best on a flat surface, concrete, asphalt, things like that. When used in gravel, sand, mud, dirt, it is going to want to sink in slightly or not roll as smoothly, so definitely keep that in mind. What is the weight capacity of the trailer? How far are you extending the jack? It is extended too far it will put a lot of pressure on the connection point up here when maneuvering it. Just keep that in mind.
The product is exactly what I needed. I was unsure of which jack caster would fit my jack and sent an email requesting advice as to which one I should order; ordered during the weekend and received it within five days with regular shipping. This was my third order with etrailer and each time the item arrived before I expected it.

hi I need a wheel that spins because the jack pipe has an indent that prevents the pipe from spinning does the wheel spin when pinned in

I have since sold the trailer but I have hit your company up several times for information regarding products and tips and I always received great information.
Yep, its a wheel for the tongue jack. Fit and works just fine. I don't think I'd want to try rolling it around with 1200lbs on it, but its plenty solid enough for me, especially for the price. Good value!

After one year still fine. It does its job and its held up. My trailer gets rolled around a lot on dirt and concrete and its been fine. Very good value.

The caster wheel has performed very well considering the amount of times it gets used. I still say its a very good product.
