This kit was just what I needed. The steps work like new and the installation was very straight forward. I think the price was reasonable and installation time was a little over an hour and I cleaned everything well.
They did good on the right parts and sent it out right away great service
I installed the motor upgrade kit the same afternoon it was delivered. The installation was easy and the instructions were complete and easy to follow.

The part was exactly what I required, the price beat the competition, the service was great and the shipping was on time. Exceeded my expectations. As for the step kit. With the very detailed instructions the old one came out and the new one was installed with no problems at all. I can't believe folks pay hundreds of dollars to have someone else do this. Highly recommend etrailer and this replacement kit.
Step works great.had a problem geting right motor because the company that made the motor was not very clear on replacement.but my salesman Josh figured it out.return was no problem. Great company to deal with
