Allows a Furrion Chill AC to work with your existing Coleman setup. 4 Conversion brackets set AC to the correct height.Wiring kit was awesome and worked as expected. one recommendation i have is to get the Furrion Cover as well, the Colman cover will work with some modification but i just got the Furrion one bc the intake and exhaust vents are aligned without modification.

Everything about the delivery was great but it won't be installed till Monday next Monday
the shipping is little too long. Service is great. I received the FACR15SA-PS AC unit-The inside did not protect the unit very well. I have 3 places that broken especially at the corners. There is no foam to protect-they are just folded card board at the corner.

Yes, because this unit is too large for UPS it must be shipped via freight, which has no expedited shipping option. I am sorry to hear about the cracked AC unit. Customer Service will reach out.
etrailer is the best. replaced the Coleman mach 13,500 Rv AC put in a furirionchill 15,500 what a difference we had been abused by Coleman mach for a long time the plug and play adapter for the conversion what a relief The install took maybe 45 minutes at the most you guys at etrailer really have your act together thank you guys we will buy from you all the time

Well,so far - etrailer has been really great to deal with.We just need to resolve the issue of UPS breaking the shroud cover to the air conditioner in shipping.The airconditioner has been installed and we are waiting to recieve the shroud,hopefully it will not be broken in shipping. Waiting to see! Steven

Can you tell me more about what is happening with the adapter?
