This allows you to have a nice large amber lights to make it clear what's going on with your vehicle, making any kind of stops and turns and signal appropriately to other vehicles out on the road. This is an amber light, so typically going to be used as a clearance light, or a turn signal. It has 17 diodes, it is an LED light.The nice thing about having an LED light versus your typical older style incandescent bulb is that you don't really have to worry about any kind of maintenance with this light. The diodes last for a very long time, there's no bulbs to break and then have to change out over time. It also has a lower power draw, or power requirement, from our battery. more

So there's virtually no maintenance required with this, like there would be with an incandescent bulb where you've got to change out those bulbs every so often. This should last you for a really long time without really having to replace it unless that housing gets cracked. more

This is a red LED light to give your trailer a little bit clearer lighting while you're out on the road, makes it easier for other drivers to see what you're doing and see those lighting functions, so stays safe and also stays compliant with all DOT laws. The nice thing about an LED light over an incandescent light is that it's going to last longer. This is going to be in red, so this can act as your clearance light for the rear of your trailer and provide that good lighting function so that people can see what's going on behind you when you're turning on your brakes, running lights and all that good stuff. So it keeps you within DOT compliance comes with this bezel already installed. It's already glued on there with some pretty strong adhesive, so it's not going anywhere. The main advantage to using an LED light over an incandescent, which is kind of the older style light, is that it's pretty much maintenance free. more

I'm going to undo my little sticker here, so I can roll this out a little bit for you, that way you can see that there are different lengths for the red versus gray, or silver. And this is what our light looks like when it's installed. This is going to be your standard two and a half inch round clearance marker light that has an incandescent bulb. So it'll make a great replacement for your existing ones if they get damaged, or if your lenses are just all scratched up and just not looking to your desire, you can go ahead and make it look nice and new. And also here at the back of the trailer, I also installed the same light in red as the back of your trailers needs to have red lights, and amber lights are designed for the front of your trailer. Being an incandescent bulb, this is going to be your economical choice. LEDs are going to be a more modern look than your incandescents, but if you're going for an old school look and you want your trailer to maintain its factory style, then replacing those old damaged or worn out incandescents with these will help breathe new life into it.What I really like about these lights though, is that they are a completely sealed housing. more

Optronics Combination LED Trailer Tail Light Installation- Video

This is one of their LED square types, so most utility trailers, boat trailers, you're going to see with this type of light on it. The biggest difference with this one compared to a lot of the other ones out there is not only is this light submersible but it's completely waterproof. The entire LED pack has actually been molded right to the back of the lens, so we have zero issues with water actually being able to get inside and affect any of the electronics that we have.You'll notice here we've got nice bright, clear, LED lights, also on the side. Today we're going to take a look at the LumenX touch activated LED RV dome light with the clear lens. Now this dome light will function as an interior ceiling light on your RV. It is a touch activated light so the light will turn on and off with just a simple press. I didn't center the light, at the end of this video I am going to hook this up to some 12 volt power to show you how that works.Now this is a LumenX optics to create a nice solid panel of light that illuminates the entire lens, and it uses LEDs which make great replacements for incandescent lights, because they'll last 50 times longer, they're more efficient because they'll provide brighter light with less power output, and of course no bulbs to replace, or no brittle filaments to break, and they do give you a lifetime warranty on the LEDs.This light is in a nice, durable white polycarbonate base. Today we're going to take a look at the corner mount interior LED utility light strip. Now, this LED light strip will produce a nice bright white light for interior cargo area, and it will safely operate in a negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures, so it's great for refrigerated trucks or trailers.It's a durable SMD construction of the LED circuit board, so it'll better withstand shock and vibration, and allows for improved heat distribution and thinner construction. Now, the LEDs in these lights make great replacements for incandescent lights because the LEDs will last about 50 times longer and they're more efficient, provide brighter light with less power output, and of course no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments that would break, and they do offer a lifetime warranty on the LEDs.You can see this strip light is attached to this white steel housing. The lens on the light is a nice polycarbonate lens, and it is a clear lens with white LEDs. I am going to hook this up to some power at the end of the video to show you how bright it is. This is going to be a nice, small, compact submersible light for your trailer and it's going to be able to work for both a clearance and side marker light. Basically what that means is that you can still see the light clearly from 180 degrees of viewing, so a full half circle or kind of a half moon there if you want to think of it that way. So it's going to be a very versatile light, has a nice durable polycarbonate lens and housing, so it should be pretty rugged for any kind of use on your enclosed trailer, utility trailer, just about anywhere you need to add a little bit of light. Review of Optronics Trailer Lights - Multi-function LED Tail Light - STL37RB- Video
Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a quick look at the LED tail light. This is going to be for your trailers that are over 80 inches wide and this is going to give us several different functions in one submersible light. So submersible meaning that we can submerse this in water and it still will be able to work, so it'll be a good fit for marine trailers or anywhere that you need a more rugged application for that light. If you're going to be dealing with dirt, dust and debris and things like that, should still stay functioning for you.So I have our three wires to connect. While I talk to you guys, I'm going to hook this up to my power source here so we can take a look at what the light does whenever it's illuminated or running in to power.So the white wire goes to ground. more

Review of Optronics Trailer Lights - Tail Lights - STL413RFHXB- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the four inch round LED stop turn and tail trailer light with the reflex flange. Now this round tail light will provide the stop, turn and tail functions. The built-in reflector on the flange here removes the need for a separate reflector on your trailer and it is a P2 rated light, which will produce a 90 degree beam pattern. It's a nice durable polycarbonate housing and lens. Sonically sealed waterproof housing and lens unit makes this submersible. It is a red lens over four white LEDs and what's nice is these LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights because they'll last 50 times longer. more

Optronics Miro-Flex LED Trailer Tail Light Review and Installation- Video
Hi there, safety-conscious haulers. Today we're going to be taking a look at Optronics four inch diameter led tail lights. These lights feature 12 LEDs inside with a clear lens on top, and all of our LEDs are red in color. These LED lights have three different light settings, which includes your stoplights, which you see here, your tail lights, as well as your turn signal. This could be either the left or the right depending on which side you install it on. And you can see here how it compares with the old LED lights that we're installed. more

Review of Custer Lights - Trailer Lights - CPL26-A- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Custer LED amber side marker or clearance trailer light. Now this is a nice rectangular trailer light that can serve as either a clearance or side marker light. It is P2 rated, so it does produce a 90-degree beam pattern, and it is DOT, department of transportation, compliant. This light does use LEDs. They make great replacements for incandescent lights. They'll last about 50 times longer. more

Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. And today, we're taking a look at the LED clearance and side marker light. This is also going to have a small grommet to finish up the look of the light. It's going to be an amber LED covered by a clear lens, so it's going to also provide you with a side marker and clearance light as long as you have it mounted properly. Basically, just that means it needs to be on a diagonal or kind of on the corner of your trailer so that you can be seen from both the rear and the side of your trailer. more

Review of Optronics Trailer Lights - Small Red LED Clearance Light - OP94FR- Video
Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at the LED clearance and side marker light. This is going to be a nice small round LED light for your trailer and since this is PC rated, which basically means that it can be seen from a greater field of view. This can be used as your side marker and your clearance light at the same time as long as you have it properly mounted, which just means you need to have it at a diagonal or on the corner of your trailer. That way people can see that light from both the front or both the side and the rear of the trailer. So that's what that PC rating means. more

Today we're going to take a look at the Optronics submersible mini LED trailer clearance, or side marker light. Now this is an oblong trailer light that will serve as either a clearance or side marker light. It is P2 rated, so it does produce a 90 degree beam pattern. It's a durable polycarbonate housing and lens, and you can see it's a clear lens over two amber LEDs. Its sonically sealed, waterproof housing and lens unit makes it submersible, and it uses LEDs, which make great replacements for incandescent lights because they last about 50 times longer. They are more efficient because they will provide brighter light with less power output, and of course, no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments to break. more
