Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2016 Winnebago Spirit Motorhome- Video
Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar on a 2016 Winnebago Spirit. Upgrading your rear sway bar to a thicker version like we have here on our Roadmaster is gonna make a big difference when driving the vehicle. Now your standard sway bar does a pretty good job of holding the vehicle in a nice, even fashion. So when that suspension leans to the other side, the sway bar just pushes back and centers it up, and having a thicker bar to be able to do that means that it's gonna be centered up a lot quicker. It's not gonna lean as much, and, overall, it's just gonna reduce driving fatigue, because you're not having to fight the steering wheel as those gusts of wind come across the highway or, if you pass a truck, this is really gonna help with that experience, and the great part about something like a sway bar, or any suspension components is, every time you drive it, you're gonna feel it working, and you're really gonna enjoy it, just because you'll have an overall better driving experience. Now comparing our Roadmaster sway bar to the factory one, you can see pretty quickly that this is much thicker gauge steel. more

Now, Jeeps do have a steering stabilizer from the factory here. And some systems will actually just replace this while this one works in conjunction with it. And what that's gonna do is as you're steering, the death wobble of Jeeps really comes down to it, trying to find that center and bouncing back and forth. And this is gonna help keep that body roll from happening. It's going to pull down on whatever side of your frame that's trying to lift up. So if I was making a left turn and my right starts to just pull up a little bit, I'm losing traction with my wheels, there's a good chance that you could actually tip over. more

So we're gonna go here on our test course and I'm gonna just kind of let the steering wheel naturally kind of do what it needs to do. Now we have some off center bumps here and we'll see if the steering wheel moves. And a little bit of jostling there. But what I'm gonna do here is a long wide sweeper and then as I kind of get to the straight portion of it I'm gonna kind of just let the steering wheel center itself. And it does a pretty good job. more

Hi there, motorhome owners. Today, on your 2004 Ford F-53 chassis motorhome, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's Exact Center steering stabilizer. We'll be using the custom bracket kit as well for our Class A motorhome here. All right, so before we install the steering stabilizer and really feel the difference that we've got, we've got an older motorhome here, this one is getting kinda redone by the customer, so he's already kinda looked over at the suspension and made sure things are good, he's had a lot of that serviced, now he's working on the interior, but he wants it to be the best driving experience possible, we're gonna hit our test course here with it just stock and then we'll install our steering stabilizer and hit the course again and see the difference. So, we're just gonna go over our bumps course first. This is gonna be our uneven bumps. more

Hi there, Newmar owners. Today on your 2013 Newmar Bay Star we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's front sway bar. And this is what our sway bar looks like when it's installed. This is going to be a direct replacement sway bar, and you do get not just a sway bar, but also new end links and all the hardware to install it. So, end links are actually a pretty common fail point along with bushings on sway bars. So, if you've got a motor home out there that's making a little clunk noise, doesn't seem like it's, seems like it sways a little more than it used to, and you get down here and inspect it. more

Now, this is going to fit the 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited with stock tires up to 32 inches. And then the 2009 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited with stock tires up to 32 inches. And then finally, the 2007 to 2008 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with stock tires up to 32 inches. more

Now, this product is going to fit the 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited with 33 to 37 inch tires and or lift kits, then the 2009 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited with 33 to 37 inch tires and or lift kits, and then the 2007 to 2008 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with the 33 to 37 inch tires and or lift kits. I do wanna point out that this will not fit Rubicon models with the electronic sway bar disconnect. To confirm that this is going to work for your Jeep, take advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com and input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will let you know if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now, if you've modified your Jeep for off-road use, you've undoubtedly experienced the violent shaking of your steering wheel known as the death wobble, even stock Jeeps are not completely immune to this. That rapid shuddering of your front end when you hit a bump or pothole on the highway can be caused by improper alignment, unbalanced tires, or loose steering components, any of which could occur from hard use or modifying your Jeep. more

Now, this Exact Center Stabilizer is designed to work better than the other steering stabilizers because it's always working to prevent unwanted movement.
