There are several things you will need to change your electric brakes to electric over hydraulic disc brakes.
You are going to have to know the axle weight capacity, the bearing and seal numbers, the hub and drum size, and bolt pattern of the wheels you currently have. You will also need hydraulic brake lines, and an electric over hydraulic actuator which is normally installed on the trailer.
A brake controller like part # 90195 is needed in the tow vehicle and sends the signal to the actuator which applies pressure to the trailer hydraulic lines.
I have attached a helpful article that explains the components needed to make this change. After you have determined what size and what the part numbers are that you currently have, we can make some recommendations that will work for you to make this change.
