Yes, indeed! The Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars # RRVA118B-2 can be fitted with locking end caps to secure your rack-mounted items. The locking end caps are part # RRVA-LEC4 and this kit consists of a set of four end caps and two keys. Please do note that this particular crossbar is 44-inches, not long enough for your truck. Suitable longer bars are available, however.

For reference I have linked you to our main page showing all roof rack systems for the 2014 Ram 2500. At the top of the page there is a drop-down "Select Vehicle Style" menu bar you can use to select your cab style. You'll then see only rack systems confirmed to fit your new 2014 Ram 2500 truck. Filters in the left-hand margin allow you to narrow the product results shown based on your preferred bar style, length, color and weight capacity, along with other parameters.

For example, for a black Vortex Aero rack system for a Crew Cab you will order parts # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK043. This complete rack system consists of 59-inch crossbars, a leg kit and custom-fit clamps.

Elliptical aerodynamic-style crossbars like the Vortex Aero provide quieter performance at highway speeds than typical round or square crossbars and they also offer a substantial 165-lb weight rating, although your truck's roof may have a different rating. This can be checked in your owner's manual. Be sure to keep your total cargo load within the limit of the lowest-rated item, truck or rack.

For reference I have linked you to our main page for all accessory items for your truck.
