Recommended Trailer Hitch Platform Bike Rack for a 2013 Fiat 500
Question:
Hello, I purchased from you the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4"Item # C11363 for my 2013 Fiat 500 pop I have been searching for the XTC F64670 and the XTC F64650 Bike Rack as I was told my when I purchase the Hitch that either of these would fit the Fiat and I suppose the right fit for this type of Hitch. Please help as Im unable to fine a photo of this Bike Rack Also: I would prefer a Bike Rack that folds up. Im in NYC most of the time and would like to avoid getting it damaged while someone is trying to squeeze into a parking space.

Thanks for your recent purchase of the Curt trailer hitch receiver # C11363 which has a maximum tongue weight of 200 pounds. If you still need to complete this installation, I added an installation video for you.
The Swagman platform bike racks you referenced # S64650 and # S64670 will work with the Curt trailer hitch receiver # C11363 on your 2013 Fiat 500. Depending on the length of your bikes wheelbase I would choose the one that fits best. Of these two, I recommend the # S64670 because the wheel hoops secure your bike tires more firmly.
The Swagman XTC part # S64670 fits 1-1/4 and 2-inch Class-I and II trailer hitches and can carry 2 bikes. The upright arms can fold down when not in use or to access your cargo area. The shank rise is 3-inches. The maximum bike wheel base is 66-inches long (center of wheel loop to center of wheel loop).
Secondly, the Swagman XC part # S64650 will also fit 1-1/4 and 2-inch Class I and II trailer hitches. The arms will also fold down when not in use or to access your cargo area. The shank rise is 4-inches. The maximum bike wheel base is 51-1/2 inches long (center of wheel loop to center of wheel loop).
A great option for you, since you are in New York City often, is the Swagman anti-rattle hitch lock and cable # S64031. This 1/2-inch hitch pin will lock your bike rack to your hitch and the steel cable will lock your bikes to the bike rack.
One other option I recommend and the platform bike rack I think you will like the most, especially being in New York City and squeezing into small parking spaces often, is the Swagman Chinook # S64683. As the other 2 platform racks fold down, this rack folds down and can tilt inward. As a result, keeping the rack up against the rear of your vehicle for storage when not in use. The distance from center of hitch pin hole to closest part of carrier when folded is 6-inches. The maximum bike wheel base is 50-inches. This rack also includes a hitch and cable lock or additional security.
I have included a FAQ and multiple videos for you as well.
