Is Smoke the From the Kats Heaters Vehicle Heaters # KH24250 On First Use Normal
Question:
Is it normal to see smoke come off the pad when it is used for the first time? I followed the installation instructions. I even wrapped the wires with the plastic wire loom. Is it a hazzard if the pad smokes a little when I plug it in.

If it only smoked the first time you used the Kats Heaters Vehicle Heaters # KH24250 then you should be fine. If it continues to smoke after every time you plug it in that then something is wrong and I would recommend you remove it as it is malfunctioning.
Most likely the heater had dust on it from packaging and now that it's been used once it won't smoke again.
