I checked with our hitch manufacturers, and have found that none of them manufacture a hitch for a BMW 7, I'm sorry to say. It's pretty likely that there's not too much demand for using the 740 Li as a tow vehicle.
If you were wanting to use the hitch as an attachment point for a bike rack, there are trunk mount bike racks available for your vehicle. Of the options you can see by clicking the provided link, I'd recommend the Thule OutWay #TH45JV. The rack can be installed or removed from the vehicle in a matter of seconds, and includes locking attachment cables to secure the rack to the vehicle as well as a cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack. Before installing the rack, make sure that the surfaces of the vehicle and the rack that will touch each other are completely clean and free of grit. A good coat of car wax at the points where the rack touches the vehicle can provide extra protection.
If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance.
