Recommendation for Replacing Bunk Boards on Trailer for 22 Ft Lowe Aluminum Deck Boat

Question:

My trailer currently has 2 11 ft carpeted bunks which are badly warped. The support brackets are 9 feet apart. Do they make 10’ roller systems? If not, would you recommend replacing the wood and then mounting 2 5ft roller sets to the wood or what would you suggest?

Since you mention that the support brackets on your trailer are 9 feet apart, I would recommend replacing your existing wooden bunk boards and then you could install two sets of the 5 Ft Long Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunks, # DL21741, on the new bunk boards. By doing it this way, you will have the benefit of a solid connection to the support brackets as well as the advantage of having 10 feet of rollers on each side.

The longest bunk rails that we have available are Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk, # DL21741, CE Smith Roller Bunks, # CE27710, and the Boat Trailer Standard Roller Bunk, # DL21755, which are all 5 feet long.
