Brake Controller Install Kit with 4-Pole to 7-Way Adapter with Integrated Circuit Testers
Question:
I noticed in the video for the install of the ETBC7 on an Acura MDX that there are leds up and down the right side of the actual plug face for diagnosing wiring problems. I like this feature, but I dont see these leds on the pictures of the plug when looking at the page to purchase one. Is this style available or is this an earlier version? I would really like to purchase the one with the 6 leds on it.

The # ETBC7 includes the # 37185 4-pole to 7-way adapter, which is similar to the # C57674 you described, minus the LED's. At the time we made the video, the # 37185 was unavailable, so we were temporarily substituting the # C57674.
If you'd prefer the # C57674 that includes the LED's, you can piece together something very similar to the # ETBC7 using the following parts:
# C57674 4 Pole to 7-way Adapter
# 5506 Brake Controller Wiring Kit
You'll be shy some zip ties, but you can get those locally if you don't have them laying around the house. To see the install instructions for the # ETBC7, click the provided link. I've linked you to an install video showing the # ETBC7 being used on a 2005 Acura MDX. The procedure for your vehicle should be similar.
