After Jumping Battery All Lights on Sentinel Brake Control Stay Lit Up on 1999 GMC Pickup Truck

Question:

My 99 gmc had a dead battery so I jump it and the red light and all the green are on.Never have used controller.any ideas whats going on?

The Sentinel hasn't been around in a long time! Nice to see one out there still chugging along. Although with all the lights on this could indicate a short internal to the brake controller which means it would need to be replaced or just removed if you have no need for it.

It could also be a connection problem on the power and/or ground wires (black and white respectively). Re-establishing these two connections might fix the issue.
