How to Pick Out a Replacement Circuit Breaker

Looking to replace…how can you tell which product you should use?

Without knowing what the rating of the circuit breaker you have it would be hard for me to determine what would be the correct replacement just based on the picture you submitted.
Your best option would be to find the installation instructions for the product that the circuit breaker is used on and determine what the manufacturer recommends for circuit breaker rating.
If it happens to be for a brake controller then a 30 amp breaker like the # PK54230PL that you referenced would be the correct replacement breaker. If it's for the 12 volt accessory circuit of the 7-way at the rear of your vehicle you would want a 40 amp breaker like part # 9510.
