As long as your Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 door does not have an aftermarket grille guard or winch installed and it is a 2007-2009 model then the Roadmaster MX Base Plate Kit, item # 1429-3, will work on your vehicle.
The lowest priced tow bar available for the MX base plates is the RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - 6,000 lbs, item # RM-520. This tow bar features stainless steel construction and the Autowlok locking mechanism for convenient one person installation and removal.
In addition to the base plates and tow bar you may also need safety cables and wiring for your Jeep. I would recommend the RoadMaster Combo Towing Kit, item # RM-9243-1, if you are going to be towing frequently and if you will be towing occasionally you could use the Magnetic Towing Light Kit, 20 ft. Long Cord, item # RM-2120, and the RoadMaster 68 inch Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs, item # RM-643.
You might also want to consider a braking system for dinghy towing your Jeep. The Roadmaster Evenbrake, # RM-9400, will help your motorhome stop much shorter, around 150 feet shorter, when you are towing the Jeep. Most states require a braking system when dinghy towing.
Some other items you will need, because your Jeep is equipped with a feature that drains the battery during towing, are an Automatic Battery Disconnect, # RM-766, Stop Light Switch Kit, # RM-751452, and a 12 Volt Outlet Kit, # RM-9332. The stop light switch kit and 12 volt outlet kit will only be needed if installing a supplemental braking system like the one mentioned above that requires an active 12 volt outlet when dinghy towing.
Finally, depending on the difference in height between the base plate connections on your Jeep and the receiver on your motorhome you might need to purchase a Hi-Lo adapter. To properly tow the Jeep you need to have the tow bar as level as possible to avoid damage to the dinghy front end. Within 2 inches of level is very good. I have added links to the Hi-Lo adapters we carry for you to select from.
I also included links to some articles on dinghy towing that you may find helpful. In particular I recommend that you look over the wiring articles before wiring your Jeep.
