Will SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # SR1002 Fit 2013 Toyota Camry SE
Question:
Do I need to buy clips or extention?

Expert Reply:
If your 2013 Toyota Camry SE 4-door has a naked roof (no rails or bars) then the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # SR1002 will fit. You will not need to buy any additional clips or extensions to install this roof rack on your Camry 4-door. Once installed its crossbars will sit 25-1/2-inches apart measured center-to-center. I have linked you at right to a video on this rack system, for your reference.
The SportRack system itself has a 130-lb cargo weight rating, but you will want to check your Camry owner's manual to confirm the vehicle's roof weight-bearing capacity before loading any cargo. If the Camry has a different rating than the rack, then the lower of the two becomes the overall system limit.
Some of our customers find that with roof-mount accessories (bike racks, cargo carriers, etc) a tire step makes for a great addition. Tire steps like # HE4040 simply slip over a rear tire to give you a height advantage for loading and unloading rooftop cargo. The Topline step comes fully assembled and folds up- for easy storage in your vehicle.
