In order to use the Reese M5 Series 5th wheel trailer hitch # RP30921 in your 2014 Ram 2500, you would need to have the appropriate mounting kit. The OEM one will not work with this hitch and there isn't an aftermarket option.
But there are other options. If your Ram has the OEM 5th wheel prep package and you want a hitch that will fit directly into the pucks you can use any of the following hitches:
B&W 25K hitch # BWRVK3600
Curt 16K with slide bar jaw, # C16515-16021
Curt 16K with dual jaw, # C16520-16021
Curt 20K # C16530-16021
Curt 24K # C16545-16021
If your 2014 Ram 2500 did not come with the OEM prep package but you want a hitch installation kit that is completely below the bed then you would need B&W installation kit # BWGNRK1384-5W. Then you would need the Companion hitch # BWRVK3500-5W. Please note the installation kit will only work if the truck has rear coil springs and no other suspension system at the rear.
