The 20x60 inch Folding Cargo Carrier for 2 inch Trailer Hitches A30850 is designed so that when it is in the folded up position it is fairly close to the vehicle. This design will not work with rear-mounted spare tires. You will need to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole to the farthest point on your spare tire.
A30850 measures 1-1/4 inch from the center of hitch pin hole to carrier railing when folded up.
Second is the 20x48 Folding Cargo Carrier For 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver # 6502. It has 7-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier when folded. I have included a video of this product.
If none of these will work with your specific measurements, one option is to install an extension such as the Hitch Extender For 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver 7 inch # HE06. But with this or any hitch extender your tongue weight is reduced by 50 percent. So if you had a tongue weight of 350 pounds a hitch extender would make it 175 pounds.
