I don't have an article that specifically addresses that particular vehicle, but the article I'll link you to offers some general strategies and techniques that will make the installation easier for you. There's no 'one correct way' to route the wiring, but the important thing to remember is to stay away from anything that's hot like exhaust components or anything moving like the steering and suspension systems. I've also linked you to installation videos for both the Tow Ready # 118498 and the Curt # C56106 wiring harnesses available for your Sienna. Both harnesses would install in the same manner. Both videos show our technicians routing the power wire from the cargo area of the vehicle to the underside, and up to the engine compartment.
