Recommended Installation Kit For 2003 Chrysler Voyager For Brake Controller
Question:
Hi, I was wondering if you carry a 7 pin brake plug for a Chrysler Voyager 2003 Van? I currently have a hitch on it and a 4 way flat plug for a trailer. I am going to be buying a trailer with electric brakes , I already have the brake controller that goes under the dash , I am not home so I cannot tell you the exact controller I have until I get home Friday. Do you carry a plug that my 4 way flat would fit into so I do not have to do a rewire? My utility trailer takes the 4 way flat so I have to have that.

We do have the exactly what you are looking for. Since you have a 4-way connector on your 2003 Chrysler Voyager, you need a Universal Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
The # ETBC7 will give you a 7-way connector for your new trailer with brakes and also keep a 4-way connector for your utility trailer. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to install the # ETBC7 you can check out.
I have also attached a help article that explains how to install a brake controller from scratch and another that explains the differences in brake controllers.
If you decide you need to replace the brake controller you currently have I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 brake controller, part # 90885. This is one of our most popular controllers because it is easy to install and use. I have attached a product review video you may want to take a look at.
