You have kind of an oddball vehicle. It's actually a Saturn Vue, but when Saturn closed down, they rebadged the vehicle for the 2011 model year sold it as a fleet vehicle. From 2011 on, it was an 'actual' Chevy model.
My Curt representative tells me that the # 13594 should fit your vehicle, but to be sure, I'd measure the distance between the frame members and the center to center distance of the mounting holes on the inside of the frame, to make sure they conform to the hitch dimensions. The outside width dimension of the hitch is 32.48 inches, so the frame members should be right about that distance apart. The hitch attaches to the inside of the frame using bolts and weldnuts welded to the inside of the frame. There should be three holes on the inside of each frame member, and their dimensions are shown in the diagram I've edited for you.
